Dear Friends,
Please join us for the 9th Annual Mother-Daughter Luncheon to benefit the Caitlin Elizabeth Russell Foundation, named in honor of our firstborn daughter. Since we started the foundation in 2006, you have helped us raise more than a half-million dollars to fund projects that have a direct and positive impact on families and babies dealing with the challenges of premature birth.
Completed a $150,000 renovation project that transformed the Family Room at the NICU at the Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital in New Brunswick, and named it in Caitlin’s honor. It also now includes a work station for parents who are spending time at this hospital with their baby, but still need to pay attention to their jobs.
Made an $85,000 investment that has outfitted every bed in the NICU with a video camera that streams the babies activities throughout the day so parents, siblings, and relatives and friends across the world can check-in on the babies via a secured internet connection. I would have absolutely loved the ability to see Caitlin when I was not able to be at the hospital.
So come enjoy lunch with your daughter (or mother, grandmother, sister, niece, friend, etc.). It will be an elegant atmosphere in the lovely town of Spring Lake Heights with a delicious meal to benefit a great cause.
Tickets are $65 for adults and $35 for kids under 10. The $5 price increase this year is the result of us passing on the increase from Spring Lake Manor. As in years past, we will have auction items to bid on, and raffle tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the event in bundles of 25 tickets for $30 and 50 tickets for $55.
Cash and checks can be mailed to Caitlin Elizabeth Russell Foundation, c/o Michelle Russell at 5 Banyan Ct. Jackson, NJ 08527, or you can pay online via the website. Please RSVP by April 19th. Thank you for your support for this cause which is so dear to our hearts.
